The best and cheapest way i found getting to this destination, is through ryanair, which takes you to Fertillia airport. We stayed in one of the many B and B's, this great place has to offer. The resort itself is beautiful seaside city, with postcard veiws on every corner in the old town. Once there you will find lots of things to do, wether it be a casual walk along the harbour, a drink or two in the gorgeous old town, or just chill out on the beach - which i found to be unbeleivably clean. The locals are friendly and welcoming. I found the prices of food and drink, quite average, it is worth having a good look round. Me and my wife found the bars on the side streets were far cheaper than on the front. As for places to eat, there are many restaurants offering a wide range of food, suitable for all ages and tastes. We had an amazing meal at the Nettuno restaurant, which overlooks the harbour in the old town, part pizzeria part restaurant. The prices were very good, and the food and service fantastic.
If you are thinking of going, and are thinking of staying in an apartment self catering, then it is recommended you shop at the eurospin, just off the harbour area, as it is very cheap and has a lot too offer those who are on a budget.
Overall i would highly rate this destination for people of all ages, if its culture and night life you want, this is the place to be...

A bit more detail to improve your rating. Suggest your favourite restaurant, your Hotel etc. Loved it when we went, is the Mr BEAN look alike still working in the restaurant just inside the gates. Regards Steve.
