First impressions
We arrived at our hotel at 3am in the mornig and were greeted in English by the hotel staff. We were staying on an all ... ...a takeaway container for us as they were not expecting us to be awake in time for breakfast, which was rather nice. Unfortunately it was only Bread, Olives and Feta cheese, which wasn't too appetising but I guess its the thought that counts. Breakfast was served between 7.30 and 9.30 but unfortunately I was never awake early enought to sample their menu.

First impressions We arrived at our hotel at 3am in the mornig and were greeted in English by the hotel staff. We were staying on an all inclusive basis and they had prepared a breakfast meal in a takeaway container for us as they were not expecting us to be awake in time for breakfast, which was rather nice. Unfortunately it was only Bread, Olives and Feta cheese, which wasn't too appetising but I guess its the thought that counts. Breakfast was served between 7.30 and 9.30 but unfortunately I was never awake early enought to sample their menu.
Rooms Although the rooms were on the small side, they were more than adequate. We booked a double bedded room but were given a twin room with the beds pushed together. We weren't too happy about this but weren't bothered enough to make a fuss. We had a balcony which overlooked the swimming pool and the main road. The beds were firm but confortable. There was a TV in the room which had only one English channel which was CNN. It also had MTV, the European version. The room also has a small fridge (no freezer), but this would automatically turn off if you leave your hotel room. The Air conditioning was free (I gather that you have to pay for it at some hotel) but we only managed to get it to work properly on our last couple of days. The curtains are quite good as they black out a lot of the sun. Unfortunately as we are on the main road it gets really busy outside. You can clearly hear the music outside and it is very very loud! This sometimes continues on till the early hours but because i was so exhausted most of the time I didn't feel it as much as I could have. There were side lamps and tables with easy access to turn off all lights. I must say that the bathroom was clean on our first day but i don't feel that the standards were maintained throughout the rest of our stay. We were provided with fresh and clean towels daily as well as fresh bed linen. The cleaners did not once enter our rooms while we were there but whenever we came back from our outings our rooms were well done. We regularly had lie ins but still no interruptions from them which was excellent.
Food We sampled their lunch on the first day and they tend to provide traditional dishes rather catering for all tastes. They did on occasion have chips. They had dishes like, meatballs, kebabs, chicken, rice potatoes and varying tpes of the same dish. I must say that some of it is an acquired taste but we tended to eat out rather than eat in. The food is edible but not to my taste. There were also different types of salads, cheese, olives etc. They had a dessert section but only once did they do something i liked which was chocolate cake. There wasn't any ice cream but there was a jelly like dessert. If i'm totally honest, I wouldn't recommend the food in the hotel. I think its much better to eat at a restaurant just down the road by the beach which was called Savvas (next to coco beach restaurant). You must try the mix grill plate which is 13.50 lira and is absolutely huge.
Swimming Pool The pool opens at 7am and closes and 7pm and looks quite clean. There was also a small sction for the kids to play in thats 0.5m. I cant tell how deep the pool is cos i didn't get a chance to swim in it. There are about 10 to 15 deck chairs around the pol and people seem to get up quite early to claim them, but half of them dissappear by the early afternoon when the sun gets seriously hot. There is a bar next to the pool which serves Efes beer, strawberry and orange juice all day long. In the evenings they bring out the vodka (local not imported). The pool almost feels like its on the main road as there is only a small glass partition which seperates it from the road.
General There is a diverse mix of people at this hotel and i don't think we met another British couple there. The majority of people there are Russians and the odd eastern european person.
Above all, if you are not planning to spend all your time in your room and hotel then this is a cheap hotel to stay at that would satisfy you.
