I travelled to Tokyo and back from Heathrow and I found this airline difficult to fault! Good seating in economy, very clean and large toilets, great food and excellent polite service. I have used about 20 airlines in my life, and this is THE best. All the aircraft used are modern and well maintained inside the cabin. The staff went out of their way to help me in every possible way and made sure we were comfortable all along. On return journey from Tokyo, we were guided in the airport at check-in so as to wait minimal time.
