Advantages: Friendly service.
Disadvantages: Flies only within the Hawaiian islands and some states.

...Apparently on these Boeings that Aloha airline is using, the emergency doors have to be physically lifted out in order to activate the floatation devices or something along these lines. The safety procedures was quite interesting too. I quote "in the event of an emergency, use seats as a floatation device ..."
