Alpha Rooms customer...
I attempted to book a hotel room in Marbella with Alpha Rooms back in July 2011 (I know late review, but better late then never), my credit card payment was not processed and the online pop up told me not to attempt to process the payment again. As I anxious I rang there customer service team as it was a hotel I was eager to secure. They told me likewise not to process the payment again as it should go through. That evening I recieved a confirmation email telling me the payment was NOT processed and my booking was not confirmed. As it was late in the evening I could not ring and had to wait until the next day.
So I rang the next day and explained the situation, they in the meantime told me there were no rooms left and that there was nothing they could do, I was furious considering they could tell me that my payment was not even processed, my fury recieved laughter on the end of the line and they offered no solution, no substitutes, nothing but empty apologies.
I will never use there service again, inconsiderate customer service that were no help whatsoever and were treating me with sarcaism through out!
