This is a nice, comfortable 4 star hotel. It is very centrally located in the resort of Cala Galdana so if you like to people watch then get a sea view room and watch the world go by. In fact only get a seaview room because the rooms at the rear of the hotel are overlooked by a steep rock strewn cliff which casts a shadow all day.
The resort is set in a beautiful cove with a wide cresent-shaped beach. The water as a consequence is very warm and calm. The cove is flanked on each side by cliffs that can be climbed quite easily to get a great view of the resort below. If you carry on in either direction a 40 minute walk will get you to the next coves along this southern coast of the island.
The resort is quite small, has plenty of restaurants for all tastes and a very low-key night life. In fact the most popular evening entertainment ...

TASTE
This coffee reminded me of ground coffee not instant - almost espresso style.
Regardless of how much milk was used, this coffee seemed to be very strong, unlike most decaffeinated instant coffees, and seemed very strong, bitter, or acrid tasting. It left an aftertaste in my mouth if a colleague made me my usual strong coffee.
Despite it being a decaffeinated coffee I got more frequent headaches when using this brand, which I attributed to this coffee, particularly as the week I had on leave when I was using a different brand at home, I had no headaches.
