Nha Trang is located on the south central Vietnam coast and is one of the country's largest and best known beachresorts-for foreign and domestic tourists alike. After trying my hardest to avoid the touts and hotel owners the bus driver dropped us off in front of, I managed to find a nice place to stay- Nice Hotel, which really was quite nice. My friend and I shared a decent sized room with an en-suite and two double beds for $7.
So, what is there to do in Nha Trang? The obvious attraction here is the beach. Unfortunately when I was there, the sea tended to be quite wavey (for want of a better word!) and it wasn't particularly tempting so I stuck to reading a book on the beach, relaxing. I don't know where to start with this hotel. I have stayed here on 2 seperate occassions and both times were just perfect. My most recent stay was in August 07, and this was the hotel I choose to have my wedding. The hotel staff were just brilliant throughout the whole stay. They looked after me and the 20 other guests invited.
On arrival we were all offered a welcome drink and cold towels. When my partner and I checked we were told we had an upgrade to a suite. The room was amazing! It had a large living area and bedroom seperated by a large TV. The bathroom had a standalone bathtube and walk in shower. The room even had 2 toilets. The room also had a large balcony which looked straight onto the hotels private beach.
