This hotel was allocated as part of a coach tour to the Belgium Beer Festival. Three girls and I am very particular about cleanliness but we found the hotel to be great, in the heart of the City, easily located for shopping, markets, bars and clubs. Our room was basic, but extremely clean and good size. We had a brilliant view of the market square, which had a funfair on for the octoberfest, this closed about 10.30 at night and was noisy until then. Not recommended for children due to the windows having no safety guards on them and sheer drops to the market below when open. Other than that, brilliant hotel. We were looked after really well by the staff and the breakfast was self service, with a selection of yummy fresh breads and croissants, jams, meats, cheeses, cold boiled eggs in shells?, yogurts, fruit and tea, coffee or fruit juice. Would definately recommend if you are looking for an adult break away. We'll be back there next October. The hotel cherry beer is a miss though, it tastes like alcoholic ribena, get the cherry beer at the festival it's absolutely delightful.
