Disadvantages: pet don,t allow Hotel Magic La Massana located so close to the Arinslan gondola ski lift so its very good because you can leave hotel almost with the skis already on because it's near. Sandi iv apartments Advantages: Access to slopes Disadvantages: Large deposit OK, to start we only paid £300 for the whole holiday, this was £150 for the hotel and £150 for the lift pass from neilson. As we arrived in pasa de la casa, pas from now on we had to walk up to the very top of the hill and found our hotel with the cases and skiis. We had to pay 200 euros as a deposit when we arrived, a bit steep considering the exchange rate was so low! We found our room and found that it was as expected. Cheap and cheerful! You ... ...they were small with 5 pottential beds, 2 normal, 1 sofa, 1 pull out and 1 campbed! The kitchen was small but easy to use. At night the apartments were noisy from drunk people arriving home from a night out. In the morning you could here people walking about in ski boots! Skii, swim, eat, chill, sleep... Perfect Advantages: Slope access / Swimming Pool / Buffett / Perfect Disadvantages: I don't live there .../ Why? I visit the Sport Hotel Village once a year, and have done so since 2001. (Previous to this, we used to stay in the Sport Hotel across the road) I stay here during the half term break in March, for 1 week. Como Pedrosa Advantages: close to ski lifts, bars and restaurants Disadvantages: food can be a bit repetitive Not a bad little hotel. Quite small, especially the bar but the rooms were very clean and comfortable and the food was fine. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was very close to the ski lifts (1 minutes walk) and was centrally located for most of the shops and bars. Ski Break at the Llac Negre,Pas de la Casa Advantages: Small bubbly friendly hotel with lots going on Disadvantages: Short uphill walk from slopes, initial cost quite expensive ...etc. That said the happy atmosphere in the hotel makes it a fabulous choice. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Llac Negre and wanted to stay again last year but it was fully booked. We stayed elsewhere but did walk up and have a drink with the owners ...
