I first smelt Burberry Weekend while I was shopping at Bluewater in the perfume shop. I didn't buy it because I was Christmas shopping and didn't have the money spare. I never forgot the smell though and later bought in on eBay.
Packaging
The packaging is quite summary. It is pale yellow with the Burberry hatching across the box in white. Burberry Weekend is written across the front of the box in white italic writing. The bottle is almost dome shaped but with a flat bottom. The glass is frosted but still see through which is useful when you want to know how much is left. The lid is silver and has the Burberry logo (the man and horse) printed on the top of the lid, and Burberry is printed around the side of the lid. I am a great fan of courtroom dramas, which is one of the reasons why I enjoy John Grisham novels so much and I pretty much look on him as the master of this genre. Therefore, when I discover a book that claims that it's 'better than Grisham or your money back' I am bound to be interested.
