HOTEL
The reception area is a little small, and the dining room is very small comparred to the amount of rooms there is in the hotel. A lot of people are self catering though. The room I stayed in was very nice. The balcony was a little small but had a nice view of the pool and the mountains, The room was had a big lounge area with kitchen in, table, chairs and sofa, Has T.V and all the appliances for the kitchen its probally a little basic from what your used to at home but you can live from it for a couple of weeks as it has all the essentials. Good fridge aswell with a little freezer inside. The bathroom was a good size. Same as the bedroom although I found the bedroom a little dark. The room was quiet which is what i like and the maids came round everyday exept Sunday to clean your room, this was really good and they did a really good job. I found the room spacious and bright it was really nice and relaxing.

FOOD
We did not eat the food much as we was self catering, but at lunch the food was nice it was not very expensive and a ok quality. They had all the main drinks aswell so you had plenty of choice.

FACILITIES
These were ok. The pool is massive and its really good as they have a life guard sitting round the pool all day watchin so its really safe for children, The pool area does get busy so you need to get your towels down in the morning before anyone else, the sunbeds are free which is good, even though the pool area gets busy, because of the size of the swimming pool you can have a swim without being slashed or jumped on, which I think makes it a great place for anyone of all ages. They also have a computer room where you pay a little bit of money and can go on the internet for so long. I think thats about all the facilities this place has though.

AREA
The area (los Cristiarnos) is great its family friendly. Has a great beach and has loads of bars and shops its very friendly and lively so there is always things going on down in the main part of the town. As it used to be an old fishing village it has laods of boats ranging from the ferries traveling to Gomera and back to the little tiny fishing boats which are still used by the locals to go out on and catch the fish, because of the harbour there is always boat trips to see whales and dolphins to going on this piarate ship and pretending to be a piarate (great for the children). They have a great market every Sunday which has been running for over 20 years and is massive. Its worth the look around, Also for a 5 minute taxi ride or a 30 minute walk you get into Los Americas which is more of the lively place and has great nightlife for younger people. Or it also has a mini golf course which is great for families or anyone really to go and play for a day. There is also trips to siam park (the biggest waterpark in Europe) and Loro Parc I would recomend both of these they are both so amazing. There is so much to do its worth the visit.

STAFF
The staff where great really friendly and very helpful, We got a cockroach in our room (which is very common) so we told the hotel staff and within 5 minutes thay came up to our room sprayed it to make sure it got rid of it and any others.

COST
I went with a package and I think if i remember it was £400 each for 2 weeks self catering, which is about adverage for what you pay for Tenerife. This was one of the cheapest deals that I found when i was looking.

I would definatly go again and I loved the place it was right in the center of everything.
If you want any other answers just ask. :) Hope this helps. :)
