I visited Barcelona this July and stayed at the Hotel Hesperia DelMar for five nights with 3 other friends and I have to honestly say we all loved it! The hotel price which we got from expedia was one of the most competitive around and we were pleasantly surprised when we got to the hotel, for how cheap the hotel was it was quite nice. It cost for five night my share was 145 so the entire room cost was 290. The hotel reception staff were the highlight of the hotel. They are very friendly, warm and always willing to help! The rooms were standard and offered everything we needed. The bathroom was fully equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet and sink with large mirror. The bedroom consisted of 2 single beds and were comfy. There is air conditioning so we never felt hot and flustered in the room unless we turned it off and forgot to put it ...

there are bars and restaurants everywhere so we found a little one calles Cocktails and Dreams (cheesy I know) but it had kareoke, cheap drinks and great staff so we tended to stay there and got quite well aquainted with all the other guests that were shunning the rest of the rabble.
VinadelMar unfortunatly wanted money for everything. Check out was so ridiculously early that you had to pay extra to be able to either stay in your room or go have a shower in an allocated room at an allotted time. It worked out quite expensive. Also there is a busy road running quite close to the hotel and this can be quite noisy.
The biggest pain was the reps. i know it was 18-30 but they just didn't seem to want to take no for a n answer. we were on a budget so didn't want to do all their trips and frankly they were a rip off but they just kept ...

Having first written this review almost two months ago just after I'd submitted the product proposal, I'd almost forgotten about its existence until I received the product proposal acceptance e-mail from Ciao on Friday. Prior to submitting the review though, I thought it'd be best to give this wine a second (well fourth actually) tasting just to see if anything had changed. The lengths I go to for Ciao eh?
