Created an immediate good impression on arrival, presentation of the hotel was very smart. The reception area was beautiful, high wooden beamed ceiling, marble flooring with a large seating area. The reception area then leads out to the pool area which is of an impressive size, with plenty of sunbeds. The pool bar is situated overlooking the pool so parents can keep their eye on their kids while enjoying an ice cold beverage. Rooms are immaculate and very spacious, with a basic kitchen area and large dining table. The bathrooms are also of a decent size and kitted out with plenty of towels. The dining room and bar area has plenty of tables and seating areas. Meals are of a good standard with plenty to choose from. The staff are extremely friendly and always happy to help, they always put a smile on your face. The hotel itself is just a 2 minute walk to the sea front, however it is about another 10-15 minutes to walk in to the centre of Pollensa which is reached by walking along the beach front, palm tree lined, Pine Walk. The hotel has a shop attached to it which is small but well equipped, it is useful for those who are self-catering. My only criticism would be if you are looking for a child free, peaceful hotel this isn't the one for you as it attracts quite a few families with young children, but this won't be too much of a problem if you went outside of the school holidays. Overall it is a fun, friendly, clean and good quality hotel to stay at and I would recommend it to anyone from families to young couples.
