This review is about my time in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, I spent just under two weeks in this province, and so I thought I would share my travel experience with everyone. I have been to Canada once before, however I was very young and thus didn?t really get a feel for the province; I was too young to travel around and to young to do the things I enjoy doing now. These reviews won?t list all the things that can be done in Toronto, but rather just the things I had done during my stay. Hopefully, this information will be of some use to anyone reading this and hoping to travel their one day.

Advantages: Apartment hotel room Disadvantages: In need of refurbishment, badly staffed, not close to anything interesting
The Alexandra apartment hotel is just what you don't want in a hotel. We visited Toronto on a budget and this was a hotel within our budget however it was a blind leap in the dark as we had no idea what it was going to be like.
The hotel was as it says in the name an apartment hotel with in room facilities, however this was about all it was. The hotel appeared from our 2 separate stays to be kept running and little more. Overall we were unimpressed and would advise anyone who visit not to choose this hotel.
The rooms were clean, however decor was a little less than appealing. The rooms we had appeared to have had the same furnishings since the early ninties if not earlier. The furniture was in dire need of replacing.
Each room had an air conditioning unit above the window however these were not on for either time we checked in ...
Advantages: Very close to Perth city, stunning views, ultra modern...... Disadvantages: Room service got you up far too early!
The apartments are a 20 minute drive from the airport and with the aid of a map we were able to find them quite easily. The Mounts bay waters apartments are situated on Mounts Bay road which is adjacent to two of Perths greatest attractions - the Swan River and Kings Park and is also just a few minutes stroll to the Perth central business district and also (more importantly if you like retail therapy) the shops!
Mounts Bay Waters apartments - also known as Mounts bay village, comprises of a number of buildings which house both hotel guests and residents.
Upon arrival we were quite excited as everywhere looked wonderful, not to mention clean, the reason for our excitement I will leave for another review, lets just say that our apartments in the last city, melbourne, didnt live up to expectations!
