Well what can I say we arrived back this morning from our 2 week honeymoon at the arsinoe beachhotel, and I can tell you all we won't be going back?
The location of the hotel to the town of limassol was very disappointing it is too far to walk in the midday heat and if you wanted to go the old town on foot then it would take you about half an hour to an hour to get there. There is good news though there is a bus that runs along the sea front and it costs £0.80cyp for which you can get on and off where ever you want - bargain
There are two pools at the back of the hotel one for children and the other for adults. Two minutes across the road there is the beach. There is also a night club downstairs which we never saw anyone go in there but we heard the music till 2am in the morning.

! Not nice! The poolside bar is quite expensive compared to other bars in the areas (especially the Irish bar and bar next door).
4. Reception. Be prepared for a wait! I\'m sure that \'just a minute\' has a whole new meaning in Cyprus. Ok once you\'re used to it.
Now the Good Stuff:
1. Beach Front location - and I really do mean that! Tilt your head over the bannister at the foot of the swimming pool and you drop into the sea! There\'s not much of a beach per say, but just to the right as you look out to sea is a nice little sheltered inlet with some dark sand.
2. Food on your doorstep. This hotel is literally in the heart of Limassol. As you come out of the hotel you have a huge range of restaurants to the right. Reasonably priced and many have a 2/3 course special.

Excellent location right on the beach, good facilities and used for business conferences too. Food is good although can be repetitive, I would suggest bed and breakfast, they offer an excellent choice for breakfast. Very relaxed friendly service, although I do feel at times this was slow, one member of staff didnt speak very good English I wouldnt have minded but they were not local either, think they need to look at this in a 4 star hotel. The rooms are of a good standard and very clean, towels etc changed daily. There is internet access from your room if you want it or you can use the hotels payable pcs for interenet. I would say for standards and location and also luxury I would rate this a 4 star plus.
