When you go on holiday it is always nice to get out and about. I know it's meant to be relaxing but this day was great! Even though I had just found out that I was pregnant I still went on a couple of the big slides. Although I had to be careful it was still a great day.
There are loads of different slides for different ages groups.
For older children and adults (younger kids are allowed to sit on parents knees):

For younger kids (However, due to weight and height limitations you are not allowed to go down with the kids. It is just best to have someone standing at the bottom.

The slides can look scary, but when you get to the top it's great. Just go for it.
It was a really hot day and it didn't take long to get changed and secure all our valuables in the lockers that are provided for you which cost just a few euros. It was really going to be a day to remember. It was so hard to choose which slide to go on first. But we had a walk round first.
If you just want to lounge around then there are plenty of places you can just park yourself. Bars and snack stalls are also around. And if you look in the right place there is also inflatables which you lie on and it takes you around a kind of slow river. Just to relax and close your eyes, it's great.
We went to here in mid July and even then you weren't waiting all day to get on the rides.
The wave pool generates waves of over 2 metres which can get very busy at times, but it is still great fun.
While we was there we was told by our rep that you can actually stay at Aqualand as a set holiday. Not sure if this would get slightly boring after a week.
