Sau Paulo Airport is a pretty decent airport, as it should be for the second largest city in the world. It has all the normal stuff like McDonalds, which I have to recommend as having the best milkshakes I have ever had in any McDonalds round the world, and I have had a few, and a decent choice of shops. It is to far from the centre of town to go into if you just have a couple of hours to kill between flights but it is pleasantly air conditioned, not freezing cold but not hot, and is clearly laid out, and easy to get around. All in all, as airports go it is not a bad one, and by South American standards is really pretty good.
