Archipilago de San Blas (Panama)

Advantages: beauty of the site, indian culture, non touristic
Disadvantages: no access by road, no phones (except aboard yachts)

the san blas archipelago with its 370 islands of white sand beaches, coco trees and turquoize waters has been forgotten by tourism grace of the will of the Kuna indians (living in fully autonomy) not to be invaded by civilization. No hotels except some huts, only some sailing boats offering mini cruises throughout the archipelago. no raod to get there, just a daily 20 pax plane for a gorgeous flight ..San Blas looks like southern polynesia but hurricane ...
...a real interesting cultural aspect through the visits of the indians typical villages. no tourist > maybe 20 per day for the whole archipelago . lobsters and giant crabs bought to local fishermen .. the dream . I had the chance to have a great skipper , also a guide to me , and the boat did give me the opportunity to access to the great reef (Hollandes reef) a pearl .. coral, spoted eagle raies, dolphins, etc. etc.. whaou .. what a trip !!memorable ...
