I booked a flight with Arkia from Rome to Tel Aviv. They randomly moved our flight up 19 hours completely ruining our trip. They offered no explanation or apology and were extremely rude, unaccomodating over the phone. They did not even try to get us on a better flight. In retrospect, looking at international flight rules and my agreement with them, what they did was completely illegal and unprofessional. They would not even let us cancel their flight without a cancellation fee eventhough the flight was not remotely what we had agreed to and we were not responsible for their error. Do NOT fly with them - always choose a more reputable airline.
