Advantages: Usually reliable, handy bus. Disadvantages: Crowded at peak times
...ArrivaLondon South route 60 is operated from Beddington Farm Garage with 'DLO' and 'DLP' class low floor double deck buses. They are very comfortabe, accessible for wheelchairs and prams / buggies. The bus is Croydon's main North - South link, and is very well used. It runs from Streatham, near many lesire facilities i.e. Bowling, Go Karting, Ice Skating, Cinima, Down though Pollards Hill estate and onto the London Road down through Thornton Heath and past Mayday Hospital to Croydon. It then runs through the central area, and back out along the Brighton Road to Coulsdon via Purley. It then goes up hill to the Old Coulsdon terminus via Marlpit Lane, Chaldon way, Meadway, Tollers Lane, Crossways, Couldson Road and then into Placehouse lane....

Advantages: Situated in the heart of Mayfair Disadvantages: Expensive
...This is a wonderful hotel situated in the heart of Mayfair. It is a five-star hotel that backs onto Park Lane. The bedrooms are very comfortable and large in size. When I stayed there for the new year the service was friendly and the food was excellent. Although it is expensive to stay here it is thoroughly worth the money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to stay in the West-end of London not far from Bond Street and Oxford Street. It is a good hotel to stay in for short shopping trips or for anyone going to London to see a show....

...From visting this hotel in late February 2006. We came to the conclusion that it was one of the best hotel In London ! I have visited several hotels and they didnt have any facilities like this hotel does.
The hotel offers great facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, fitness centre. The hotel also has its own garden providing a relaxing atmosphere. Not may hotels have its own garden especially in the heart of London !!
The rooms are spread out over about 8 floors. Rooms are very clean, modern and extremely comfortable. All rooms have a TV, CD player, DVD player, In room movies (Pay), In room video games (Pay), mini bar, coffee and tea making.
Staff in the hotel are friendly and always happy to help.
Food is good and a wide variety. The hotel has a garden bar, Longue and a garden restuarant with amazing views of the landscaped...
