Great cozy Caribbean hotel

Advantages: nice and cheap
Disadvantages: no internet access in your room

Last year Aug06, we decided to go to the Caribbean, and we've chosen Aruba! Because its less commerical than any other Carribbean island and Aruba is outside the hurricane belt. The temperture is always around 28degrees with cool breeze all year round. So we were looking at different travel agency's websites to compare prices.The cheapest that we could found was through expedia.co.uk. ...We got to Aruba by KLM, and we took the taxi to the hotel. It about 15minutes from the airport and cost about USD20. The hotel is about 10 minutes by car to the town Oranjestad. The hotel has 19 rooms divided over 2 floors. Its got 16 double rooms and 3 family rooms, suitable for maximum of 5 people. All the rooms are air-conditioned with private shower and toilet. fantastic hotel and holiday

Advantages: great food,good location and friendly staff
Disadvantages: evening entertainment needed to be more varied

...2 weeks at the Riu hotel in Aruba, When we arrived the porters had our luggage of the bus and straight up to our room, we checked in and were given cocktails to take to our room with us. the room was lovely. Very spacious, 2 king size beds, seating area with table and chairs and a large en-suite bathroom, there was also a mini bar in each room. the room also had a balcony with pool and beach views.the food in the hotel was great, with plenty of choice ...

sun, sand, sea and.......

Advantages: right on the beach
Disadvantages: flight time

We have just spent 2 weeks at the Tam from june 6th to 20th and had a fantastic time. I went with my husband and 2 kids aged 14 and 10 and we didnt want to come home. So here's my review- LOCATION Right on the beach, the apartments are just 2 stories high and stretch along the beach on the waters edge, just perfect. The transfer time from the airport is approx 15 minutes and takes the through the main toen of Oranjistead. CHECK IN we arrived ...
