Comfortable, clean, but needs a bit of an up-date.

Advantages: Close to City Centre and overlooks River Cam
Disadvantages: Rooms need the same treatment the communal areas have had.

The room was clean, comfortable and in good decorative order, although in need of an update. The bed was comfortable although I personally would have liked a duvet instead of a blanket. ...
...where we could relax and watch TV. The bathroom was small with a shower over the bath. There was a lack of space for toiletries and tooth brushes etc. Although it was clean and in good decorative order I did not like the fitted carpet in the bathroom. The hotel is situated over 3 floors and there isn't a lift so a ground floor room is essential if you find stairs difficult. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful and booking ...
