Whilst in Auckland me and my friend decided to go to the Museum for a day out, we walked from the city which was quite a strole but give us the opportunity to go on a lovely walk through the domain.

The are about 4 or 5 floors to the Museum and we spent hours wandering round and looking at all the exhibits. There were tons from old New Zealand ... ...The Museum was a great day out and we had so much fun actually walking round and reading up on all the information, i have some fab pictures of the museum and some of the artifacts.
We really did have a great day, and as museums go, they arnt really the most exciting experiances, but coming from a 22 year old, i cant fault it and would recommend it for anyone who has the opportunity to go and have a look.

The are about 4 or 5 floors to the Museum and we spent hours wandering round and looking at all the exhibits. There were tons from old New Zealand Mauri artifacts to deep sea creatures and war time storeys. The Museum was a great day out and we had so much fun actually walking round and reading up on all the information, i have some fab pictures of the museum and some of the artifacts.
We really did have a great day, and as museums go, they arnt really the most exciting experiances, but coming from a 22 year old, i cant fault it and would recommend it for anyone who has the opportunity to go and have a look.
If you would like to see any pictures i would be happy to share them with you, i have a fantastic one of my other half impersonating a blow fish from the deep sea section!!!
