Whilst in Auckland me and my friend decided to go to the Museum for a day out, we walked from the city which was quite a strole but give us the opportunity to go on a lovely walk through the domain.
The admission is signed as free but they do take a donation at the door.
The are about 4 or 5 floors to the Museum and we spent hours wandering round and looking at all the exhibits. There were tons from old New Zealand Mauri artifacts to deep sea creatures and war time storeys. The Museum was a great day out and we had so much fun actually walking round and reading up on all the information, i have some fab pictures of the museum and some of the artifacts.
We really did have a great day, and as museums go, they arnt really the most exciting experiances, but coming from a 22 year old, i cant fault it and would recommend it for anyone who has the opportunity to go and have a look.
If you would like to see any pictures i would be happy to share them with you, i have a fantastic one of my other half impersonating a blow fish from the deep sea section!!!

Welcome to Ciao! You've only got a 'helpful' rating on this review from people here because there is so much scope for more information; it sounds like a fascinating place I'm sure there is loads more you could say about it. If you rewrite it I'm sure it would get rerated to a better score; better still, ad the pics to the review too - they would make it more fun.
