Don’t be fooled by the glossy photo of a nice big building, when you get up close the paint work is a bit faded actually a pale red colour at first we didn’t recognise it,

Lobby - automatic doors, small, pleasant, clean

Checking in - simple form - spoken languages German, English, chinese quite impressive friendly knowledgeable and even a sense of humour,

Room - air conditioning was out when we arrived but we knew in advance, nice comfortable room good size, we opened our window because it was a bit hot a bit noisy in the courtyard up till 10pm (busy tables for outside dining)
Free wi-fi internet access - just go to their web page Austria Trend Favorita Hotel, Vienna and select agree for internet usage connection occasionally breaks but no complaints, for some reason our standard UK 3 pin travel plug adapter didn’t fit but you can borrow one in the lobby 20 euro deposit which you can get back before you check out, tidy rooms service good clean bathroom
