Disadvantages: Dodgy old car + they re-used my card details a year later

My own car broke down on 26th Dec 2005 and I needed another car quickly to do the family visitation bit. I found this company in Yellow Pages and they were the only ones that could offer me a car on 27th Dec with home delivery as everywhere else was shut or had their vehicles booked out. The delivery guy was keen to get away with minimal paperwork and was not too interested in filling out the damage record. He also took 3 imprints of my debit card with signatures. ...debit of £85 taken by Autolinx . On telephoning them they were apologetic but were very eager to pass me on to there admin department who by the way have no telephone number only a E mail address. On sending an E mail it came back as an unknown address alarm bells are ringing off the hook for me by now so I phone back and he eventually gives me the correct email address.
