    If you are moving to Budapest, Hungary, I would like to advise you to NOT rent an apartment at the Avenue Gardens. It is my experience that the Orco management group is only looking to make profit for their Endurance Fund and do not care one bit about the tenants or caring for the facility as promised in their advertisements. There is continuing problems with incomplete, inaccurate, and untruthful invoicing for the utilities. There is absolutely no attention paid to the care of the building. The heating and cooling systems do not work properly and the management team refuses to fix them, more ... more

    Things have not changed at all. If only we had heeded this advice. Orco & Crystal Properties are indeed shady.
