We arrived at the Avis office at around 5pm. There was no queue, we only had to wait 5 minutes before being seen. The man was very helpful and happy (although he had no idea what colour the car was, he said either yellow grey or blue, it turned out to be black) The process was quick and easy and the damage waiver was reasonable. The car had afew scratches on it and the radio wouldnt turn off but it worked and it never broke. The bus driver who was supposed to take us to the car park locked us on the bus while he walked off talking on his phone, forcing us all to scramble out the rear doors of the bus, other than that, everything was very good. Best car rental company we've used and we'll keep using them.
