The welcome from the management was great, they simply took our bags from us at the front door and allowed us to go with the kids straight to the pool complex whilst they delivered the bags to our room.

The rooms were nice without being ostentatious and the views out of the widow were merely the car park. But the rooms were quiet and a good night sleep was had by all.

The welcome from the management was great, they simply took our bags from us at the front door and allowed us to go with the kids straight to the pool complex whilst they delivered the bags to our room. Throughout the weekend the staff remembered our names and were the most friendly I have come across. The rooms were nice without being ostentatious and the views out of the widow were merely the car park. But the rooms were quiet and a good night sleep was had by all. Our main surprise was the quality of dinner where the attentive staff gave us just the right amount of attention and were pleased to have chldren at the table. A childrens menu was available and smaller portions of the main menu were also available. The children's menu contained all the usual garbage of chicken teddies, fish fingers, etc for £5.95, but did include pasta options. We did not book but just turned up at the door on the day in July and found a family room available at a mere £140 per night for all 5 of us (2 adults and 3 children). The pool complex was excellent featuring a 15 metre pool with children's pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzzi which was all free of charge for guests. Towels were supplied free also. This was a fun place to be, and we shall be returning again soon.
