Advantages: Comfortable, Good Service Disadvantages:
...Although I have only flown with this airline twice, not once have I had a problem with them. Their fleet of planes is very comfortable, the crew offer an excellant service and they are very reliable. With the two times I have flown with them, not once have I had a delay. The on-board service is also very good especially on the longer flights. This airline is one that I highly recommend to anyone no matter where your flying. I also know many people that have flown with Britania and they also announce to me an excellant service....

...As a reglar flier with Brittania nice to see that their staff are not all snooty nosed stewards/ess who look at you as though you are a piece of dog dirt. we found people of different ages who could have a bit of a laugh with you and actually enjoyed talking to our children. Well done Brittania for making families welcome on your airline. It is defintely because you dont think at 25 people are passed it. your airline was helpful and was very effient at giving a service. We trsvel in s psrty of 5 and with having three children are often frowned upon by other airlines. We travel 4 to 5 times a year abroad and probably spernd more nthan most on services on the flight some airlines have been down right rude to us and our children....

...Having flown Britannia on numerous occassions into europe each time has been better than the time before. Britannia really do seem to listen to their customers views and try hard to accomodate their wishes.
The airline staff have always been helpful and the only delay experienced was due to the French Air Traffic Controllers deciding to down tools which created a delay of 4 hours, not the fault of Britannia.
The food on board is very good and varied. The Captain always communicates well with the passengers and provides information on the expected journey time and expected weather conditions and highlights many landmarks for the passengers to look at.
Highly recommended and comfortable....
