MY EXPERIENCE.

I went on holiday, on the 20th july to 27th july, So now my report is complete on this company.

SO on with the review...........................

PART 1.........Booking the flight online.

I found this the quickest and easiest way to book, no getting hassle from the assistant in the travel agent, and no hanging around waiting for one to become free either.

Id heard good things about this company, and as id already got my accomodation booked, i only needed to sort out my flights and my travel insurance, insurance was done last week, so it was time to get organised and do my flights.

The first thing i noticed when i logged onto the website itself, was the neat layout of the site.

Along the left hand side of the home page, is the different sub headings to choose from, i picked "make a new booking".

Upon doing this, i noticed how quick the website was to navigate around, as soon as i clicked on the page it loaded up the next.

There are 6 stages to booking online, these are as follows:-

SEARCH.

This is where you look for the different flights on certain days, you need to fill in the details of one way trip or round trip, which airport you want to fly from and to, the dates of the flights and how many people are flying + ages of passengers.

It will then search and give you a list of flights available (based on the details you have given) and the cost of the different options.

SELECT.

You need to choose one of the options (whichever suits you best) then confirm to move to the next screen.

CONFIRM.

This is where you get all the details of the option uve chosen, varying from the price to the times and the fare rules (be careful here as no refunds are available)

CONTACT.

The next stage is to fill in all your personal deatils, such as name adress etc, this is a very secure site so no personal details can be looked at by others.

PAYMENT.

This speaks for itself really, this is where you chose method of payment, and fill in your credit/debit card details.

ITINERY.

The last page is where you can choose where you sit on the plane, you can have a window seat or choose smoking/no smoking dependant on your preferance and availability.

On the whole i found this a quick and pleasant experience, it was easy to navigate, and it wasnt difficult making the choices that suited me best, i was happy with the cost too (its all good)

So this is the end of the first part, part 2 will be reported on fully when i return.

PART 2...........The flight itself.

From start to finish this was an enjoyable experience, We flew from east midlands airport, the check in desk was easy to find for a start.

There was a delay of about 10 or so minutes at the check in desk queue, but thats to be expected when flying so this was ok.

The lady at the check in desk was helpful, smiley and courteous and also very effiecient, bags were asked to be put on the scales, passports checked, and flight tags put onto suitcases and hand luggage.

We were then informed as to which direction to get to the departure lounge, again there was a short delay due to the amount of people going through, when getting there the hand luggage was scanned, i also got stopped and mine was searched (bit embarrasing as i had some spare pants in there :-0).

After this it was plain sailing (pardon the pun), there was no delays going or coming back, although other flights (5 or 6) were delayed for other airlines.

The cabin crew were friendly, chatty in fact you couldnt have asked for anymore to be honest, even tho its a low cost airline, they obviously dont skimp on the staff training, or believe that customer service is of a lower priority.

I would certainly go with this airline again, its made the whole holiday enjoyable, afterall you dont want to be stressed out when you get there or when you get back.

On the return leg of the journey, we were asked very nicely, if we would mind changing seats and sitting next to the wing emergency exit, as these seats have to be occupied for health and safety reasons, the stewardess asked if we could politely, then asked us to read the safety instruction card, and if we had any problems sitting there then she would ask somebody else to do it.

We didnt mind at all as this meant we got more leg room woohoo.

The 1 downside was that we couldnt hear what the pilot was saying very clearly, it was abit muffled and queit, but we didnt mind this at all really.

So in conclusion, id fly with this airline again, I found all the staff courteous and helpful, the flight it self was as smooth as any other ive been on, the holiday started and finished as you would hope.
