I found BMIbaby was realy easy to book and pay for from their website, it took no time at all and the confirmation was sent straight to me. When i arrived at the airport i found all of the staff were friendly and helpful and there were no ques at the check in desk. The signing for my flight was clear and easily seen which was great as it was my first time flying alone (daunting for the most confident of people). People should also be made aware of the early booking discounts as you can save alot of money by reserving your seat in advance. The flights were called clearly and i found my gate easily, the boarding staff were friendly as were the cabin crew. The flight left on time and there was no delay getting to my destination. All in all i would recomend anyone to use this airline for short flights, it was a most pleasant experience.
