As a frequent flyer on BMI Baby (twice a week from Durham Tees Valley to Newquay and return) I have always found their service to be extremely efficient. The price of the ticket was around £60 return and took around 50 minutes each way to fly to the destination. I used to drive the route every week, costing £110 in fuel and 7 hours each way so it was a blessing when BMI Baby started to fly to the destination from my local airport. Sadly though, BMI Baby have pulled out of the route and im now resorting to driving again to travel on business. The overall rating ive given this airline is a 5 as I think you would be hard pushed to find a better airline to fly you within the UK and Europe. The cabin crew are extremely friendly, have fun on the flight, arent "serious" and even the pilots talk to you while waiting to board on a crew change. The service on the flight is efficient. Overall a serious recommendation from me.
