Flight home cancelled on 20th Sept due to tecnical problem Not weather as informed on the night. .At 2 in the morning luggage returned and then disgracefully abandoned my bmi. No stafft to help,no guidance on how to get home. People with no funds,disabled people,amd families with young childen told "not our problem" Could have got us home 2 days later-great! No refund of ticket money yet. Easy jet passengers in similar situation,given accomodation,taxi fares and flown home next day.People hundreds of pounds out of pocket as travel insureres reluctant to pay out extra costs Moral of the story is dont bfly BMI baby if you want looking after if there is a problem with you flight.,if our experience is repeated they will dump you without a second thought
