We flew out from East Midlands Airport last week - cannot believe the new queueing system in place - one huge long queue for ALL BMI flights, it took hours. Every time got near to the front they shouted through another flight in front - everyone was so late and paniced - what a farce.
It was nearly as bad coming back from Spain - huge queues - it obviously dosn't pay you to come early as you just keep getting shoved to the back to make way for people on flights before yours who arrive late!! PLEASE RETHINK BMI BABY - it enought to put us off flying with you again!!
Saying that the flight both there and back was excellent the cabin crew were very professional and on both flights the cabin managers announcements were clear and concise and not read from a card. Faultless service and flights on time - well done cabin crew.
