bmi baby Nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! how would you like a 14 hour delay with no information been shunted all over barcelona airport flight canceled- no compensation nothing!!! would never fly with them again ever. rude unhelpful and blatant disregard for any one!!!! Try ringing customer service and all you get is a recoreded mesage telling where you can write in! well that sounds great doesnt it they must have so many complaints they dont have enough staff to deal with there issues. when you write to customer service dont hold your breath for a resonse either. They keep you waiting ages and whn they finally do write you get a half heartedly apologiy and they refer you back to your isurance as they dont pay compensation i think its disgusting.BMi take ownership of your shoddy service.!!

Sorry for your grim experience. I assume after 14 hours you did fly though so some detail of that would be useful for a flight review as would more specific detail of how you were (mis)treated by the cuustomer services department. It is very important to make the points you have but for a credible flight review that captures the full experience you do need to expand a little. I hope you do not mind these comments and if you do review I will be delighted to re-rate should you tip me off with a message in my guestbok.
