I flew this terrible airline on 27th July to Malaga with my family of 5. Booking were made online. I elected to check in 4 passengers online and one airport check-in.System allowed me to purchase 4 bags allowance @ 18kg each saying 5 bags maximum can be taken on board. At airport,I was told that only 1 bag would be allowed per person... thus 4 passengers would need to be checked in at airport... in addition, I needed to pay an additional £100 since I did not use my first name on my booking ! The smallest hand luggage bag was a struggle to fit into in size test equipment...I had also purchased legroom for £22 both ways and was not allocated a seat my paperwork did not specify seat number chosen prior to purchase ( that I was told was my fault and not the airlines) All in all I was extorted out of almost £200! Also note, airline has no customer services number apart from 090 premium number. I had tried to call this number prior to departure costing £15 and did not even manage to speak to anybody ...!!!! I would not travel this airline again even if I was offered free flights! My wife and children were traumatised by the whole experience. Be warned, airline will not last long ! PlS PLS save yourself a terrible experience !

Would be interested to know whether any of these regulations were mentioned when you booked your flight - at the moment it is a bit hard to tell whether they were genuinely being difficult or whether you were aware of the regulations in advance. (I was under the impression that hand luggage was limited to one bag per person as a general rule anyway.)
