a dedicated to the Goddess of healing. As the Roman towns became decreased Bath still had occupants in huts that were built around the Baths.
The Saxons also took over the City when the Romans decreased in popularity. They occupied the City for a while and this was the time were there was much lost from previous eras. In the middle ages the Abbey was rebuilt bigger and it became a religious place. The springs were still used where many people thought they could be cured of diseases from the water.

Advantages: excellent price, comes with furniture and doll's, good quality for what you pay! Disadvantages: tiny hinges make assembly a bit faffy.
Last year my daughter joined a new nursery and fell in love with the wooden dolls house they had. Deciding this would be a perfect Christmas present, I started having a look around.
My first port of call was my old trusty, ELC. They do stock a beautiful doll's house, unfortunately it's £100 price tag was really pushing my budget, especially because the doll's and furniture weren't included and had to be bought in sets ranging from £15-£25. My quick calculations priced the total cost of the doll's house, a set of doll's and the bare minimum amount of furniture to be bordering on £200.
I then saw an advert on TV for a Christmas catalogue with a doll's house for just £39.99. I looked it up on the website, and was impressed with how it looked. What swung it for me in the end was that it also included a set of 4 doll's AND 5 sets ...
Advantages: Excellent decor, very clean, great breakfast, Disadvantages: location , no iron in room, overfriendly proprietor
My boyfriend and I stayed at Dorian House for 2 nights during a stay in Bath last Autumn.
I found it via a website and was intrigued by the impressive pictures and the price seemed very reasonable for somewhere that had been awarded so many stars.
We at first thought about getting the double standard room for £80 a night but on closr inspection of the details realised that there was only a shower and no bath in the standard room so decided to pay a bit more as we wanted long soaks in the bath together for our romantic weekend away. In the end we opted for the large standard room with queen sized bed which had a bath (and shower attachment) and bath robes for £100 a night. There are also larger rooms with four posted beds for those who want to splash out a little more.
We arrived at the hotel at lunchtime and using the map ...
