The Balansat is actually situated in a fantastic location on the beach about 20 metres from the sea....You have the choice of seating outside on the decking with an overhead canopy or inside which is fully air-conditioned . The restaurant can seat about 200 and is used many times by the locals for weddings at the weekends.....Therefore it is advisable to make a reservation at the weekends.In the evening they serve food from 7.30 but it is open from lunch time with the same standard as in the day .- the only problem is ...

Whilst holidaying in Cala Llonga, Ibiza we celebrated mine and my daughters birthday. Now theres a good excuse for a meal out and a few drinks a double celebration if ever I had heard one!!.
We had a walk around the different restaraunts andWe all chose to go to the local chinese restaurant for a sit down evening meal. It is only a 5 minute walk from the hotel that we were staying in.
On arrival we were greeted by one of the owners who told us to choose where we prefered to sit. When we had been seated they fetched us the menus and asked us if we would like a drink. Silly question but never the less we ordered drinks then had a look at the menus. There was plenty to choose from. There were set meals for one to six people or you can choose your own that are listed and priced separately on the menu. The set meals are ok if you like ...

OFF WE GO, FINGERS CROSSED:
We booked with easy jet from east midlands to Faro. Absolutely no complaints here; A discount airline but plenty of legroom, a pleasant flight generally was the experience we had on the way to Faro. Faro airport again was efficient and the car hire worked fine and we found our little Sear Ibiza with no problem. We set up our Satnav for our destination and set off. About 35minutes later we arrived at Jardim 1 in Albufiera and I went to see if they were ready for our arrival bearing in mind it was only 11am and check in was not until 4pm normally. They were expecting us but our room would not be ready for another hour. They offered me the option of leaving our luggage in a luggage storage room but we had the car so we chose to leave the case ...
