I have been in the bankers draft on a number of occasions. We usually stay downstairs but yesterday we decided to go to the bar on the first floor.
However we found the attitude of the one of the members of staff, well to put it politely it stank.
There was a guy who walked upto the bar with a cigarette in his hand and instead of politely asking him to not smoke at the bar she nearly bit his head off. shouting "NO SMOKING AT THE BAR!!" and then pointing a sign above her heaqd. I noticed that she did this on more than one occasion. Also a number of other customers commented on this individual "I hope the beer is better than the service@ was one comment that I heard"
When we approcahed the bar she demanded that all our party show IDs (Again with her charm) Please bear in mind the fact that i am 21 and the rest of party are 20. I dont mind the fact that she asked for ID its the way she asked and her whole attitude. Well thats the end of my moan.

try adding a bit mroe about the type of food and drink they serve as well as pricesfor a higher rating. if you do - leave a message in my GB and I can rerate for you!
