The beer is also the usual fare of Fosters, Kronenburg and Dylans bitter (which is very nice!). Prices are very much standard for this type of Cardiff bar. i.e. A bottle of Pills will cost around £2.50 - £3.00. Outragous I know, but if people pay it, why not.

Terence Conran may own myriad gastrodomes, restuarants and food emporiums across the capital, nay the world. But, for my money, Bibendum, the restaurant, and its oyster bar, the cafe situated on the ground floor of the Michelin building, remain the jewels in his culinary crown.
For a start, there's the location - at Brompton Cross- retail heaven for trustafarian babes - boasting 3 Joseph stores for starters..., and in the fabulous Michelin building which also houses the COnran shop - I defy you to leave without parting with your pennies...

Sitting in the oyster bar with its tables which spill out into the atrium that leads into the conran shop, provides fantastic people-watching opportunities...those who stroll by and those dining next to ...

The hotel is packed full of facilities. The pool is well set out and very popular after a hard days sight seeing with plenty of sun lounges and a bar area that also serves food. There are a few shops in the hotel with an impressive cigar shop and rum emporium as well as clothes shops and souvenir stores. All of the porters are very helpful and there are always a long line of cabs waiting outside to whisk you off into Havana, indeed you can opt for the standard modern cabs and there are a few of the 50's style cars as well ...
