I booked this hotel through AirMiles and paid for a suite upgrade locally. This hotel has a poor write up elsewhere we were prepared to change hotels but my our experience was much better than anticipated. All staff were polite, helpful and spoke good English. The Best Hotel I Have Stayed In, Gorgeous!!!

Advantages: Stylish, Sophisticated, and Excellent Location.
Disadvantages: So Nice You Didnt Want To Leave.

Hotel Balmes - great hotel in a great spot of Barcelona!
