Famed for its hosting of the Olympics in 1992 Barcelona is on the eastern coast of Spain. It is a destination served by many airlines from the UK and there are always great bargains to be found for holidays here. It is also a port of call for many cruises around the Mediterranean.
You must take a tour of the city and marvel at the impressive structures and cathedrals. The city has much of the history you would expect from an old European city.
If you fancy a cultural place to visit on the cheap, the Barcelona is the place to be.
