Famous university named Maharaja Sayajirao University which has science, commerce and arts subjects. But more famous for its arts faculty. Many giant industries are in 20 km radius so little bit polluted. Those people who love gardens Baroda is a good city to come here and watch the garden. I myself being a garden lover like to visit garden city.
I have visited many places in India, particularly Banglore and Hyderabad. These cities are famous for gardens which are maitained particularly well. Other cities are not that well maitained. As far as Baroda is concerned there are many gardens, as much as eight gardens. All of these maitained very well. ... ...went of one of the gardens. There we played we games and enjoyed the place. After that we took some eatables and as a normal Indian behaviour we dropped the paper dishes and other stuff in the garden. To much of our surprise that we were warned by the other people who were in the garden but we took casually and did not hear to them. Within five minutes a security guard came and requested us to pick up all the things and drop them in the dust bin. ...

Baroda is also a garden city, you will find many gardens here. Many of them you will find a small proto-type of gardens in Banglore or Hyderabad.
Around Baroda city, there are many places, if you are a religious fellow or interested in seeing temples there are many here. There are few nearby river so you can do both, religious deeds as well as enjoyment.
A city not to be skipped thats for sure. ...
