Advantages: Good value for money Disadvantages: Takes a long time to charge batteries
I had been intending to purchase a battery charger for quite a while. In fact I had even dropped hints to certain family members around Christmas time, but to no avail. I was recently reminded of this missing piece of equipment in my life when I rediscovered the PC lead to my digital camera. Remembering that a pair of standard batteries lasted for only about 30 photos in this camera I decided that it was certainly time to invest in a battery charger and some rechargeable batteries.
I purchased an Energizer CHDCW8 ? 4 battery charger from Argos for just £9.99. This decision was based on several factors, the most important of which was the price and what I considered to be the best value for money. This product will definitely save you money as you'll be spending much less on AA batteries especially if you play your 360 a lot. This battery pack however is absolutely useless without the recharging chord or recharging dock. The rechargeable battery pack is very convenient but if you're playing with the controller while it's recharging the controller becomes a wired controller for a couple hours which is not necessarily a bad thing. Also I feel the price for this product is a little steep but I guess it does save you money in the long run. The batteries do last for a long time and I rarely recharge my batteries. This product is a must buy for hardcore 360 owners but for the casual gamer who only plays every ...
