...Every year hundreds of thousands of tourists descend upon Panama City Beach Florida for spring break and every year, thousands of people are hit with one of the most entertaining cities in Florida, well, during spring break anyway. Safety The city of Panama City Beach is actually quite a bit safer than one might suspect. While there are loads of people coming from all over the place, and keeping track of trends is somewhat difficult, the police are out in force. You'll find them mostly riding bikes around the beach shops, however, you will see them out on the beaches as well, flip flopping around. They are even out late at night on the beaches making sure that no one is doing anything that they shouldn't be. Advantages: A Beautiful, Beachside Suburb in Melbourne
Disadvantages: Pretty Expensive.

.... This pretension-riddled, New York-style place rose to prominence in the mid 80's and has never really moved on since. They serve up some very ordinary food at absolutely ridiculous prices. ACCOMODATION: The only real hotel in Brighton is the Savoy, opposite the beach. This is a very attractive and well-equipped hotel, but pretty costly. If looking to stay in the general area there are more options along the Bay towards Elwood and St.Kilda. LIVEABILITY? If Melbourne is indeed the World's most 'Liveable City', as claimed by the London-based 'Economic Intelligence Unit' in its annual list, then Brighton, in turn, ought arguably to be Melbourne's most 'liveable' suburb. It is situated in a stunning, seaside location, with clean beaches, wide streets and beautiful public gardens. Such liveability, however, comes with a pretty hefty price tag... Read review

Advantages: great range of bagels

...Bagel Bagel is a cafe and take away in Belfast that imports its Bagels from a jewish bakery so they are the authentic New York style. It is in the Cathedral quarter of Belfast in fact nearly opposite St Annes Cathedral which is in Donegall Street. This is at the north end of the city centre so close enough to the main shopping areas but also just far enough for some peace. The address is 60 DONEGAL STREET Belfast The Cafe sells Filled Bagels,sandwiches, rolls, cakes, coffees, teas, fruit juices etc for sit in customers. The staff are very helpful and the place is small with a total of 5 tables with 4 chairs at each.The cafe is clean but can get a bit messy with papers etc when they are busy. If you can avoid 1-2pm when the office workers fill the place to bursting waiting for their take aways. All the drinks... Read review
