Bed & Breakfast Relais Vaticano, Rome

Advantages: Clean, comfortable, helpful staff
Disadvantages: None!

...chocolate etc. However on another note, do be careful as the driving in Rome is very fast and often wreckless and drivers do not always stop to let pedestrians cross the roads. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The rooms were clean and air-conditioned and the atmosphere was very friendly. I would strongly recommend the Relais Vaticano hotel for short stays.... ...mornings. To the left the Pub, quite a relaxed place for an evening drink. Fifty yards down the road in street opposite the Church are two Trattorias both were very good value & quality. So to sum up Basic Bed & Breakfast but great Location for Centre of Rome St Peters. One last thing in our room on Wall at Foot of Bed a 3 foot by 2 foot Illuminated Light Scene depicting a relaxed Nude with light bulb positioned ( you can guess) seemed out of character with rest of the place.... Advantages: Good location, good value for money, polite staff

...area also taking you to all the floors. All the hotel rooms are standard rooms, but you are able to upgrade for about £3 extra a night for a room with a balcony, I would recommend doing this. The balcony had large, as big as our room and had lovely views. We have only just been, which is the end of January and the weather was warmer than England and we found the room got quite hot at night so it was nice to sleep with the door ajar slightly. The room was small with the bed taking up most of the space, but as you usually only go to Rome on a few days trip it is doesn't need to be any bigger. One thing I would say they needed to change was providing a dressing table or something alike. There was no where I could easily do my make up/hair etc in the mornings and store my products.
