The Great Wall of China Badaling.
Advantages: Able to marvel at one of the great wonders of the world. Disadvantages: Can get too crowded at this spot.
The Great Wall of China Badaling.
The Great Wall of China is one of the most wonderful sights you are likely to see on your trip to china. It is a magnificent structure that apparently can be seen from outer space although there is some debate whether this is true. It stretches for over 5000 miles across the whole of china from the desserts in the West right to the sea in the East over mountains. Building of the great wall started approximately ... ...and boulders to make this great wall on the top of the mountains. Many parts of the wall are unsafe and in a state of disrepair due to wear and tear caused by weather and also local people stealing the stones to build their own houses.
The part of the wall we visited is one of the most visited parts of the Great Wall at Badaling which is only about 45 miles from Beijing. Here the wall has been repaired and you are able to walk up either side. There ...

Beijing international airport
Advantages: quick administration procces Disadvantages: for asian people, u can get any smile face staff here
Beijing international airport in a new upgraded international airport, crowded with many people everyday. It's far from beijng city, especially me, collage student which live in Beijing north, take 1 hour, getting there using taxi, and must pay it for 100 renminbi. I's architecture very modern looking, Customs and immigration are extremely easy to get through, especially if you have diplomatic passport, this airport would be very very friendly. Environment ... ...automatic water flush . administration proses is good enough, and very quick.
Staff here work very quick, but less smile. I don't like this, but as long as she didn't shout me, well... it's still oke.It would be better if you were western people, they will appreciate you more. ...

Hutongs of Beijing
Advantages: Beautiful buildings and a look at life for many ordinary citizens of Beijing Disadvantages: Can be busy and cramped
A hutong is an ancient alleyway or lane found in Beijing which can date back as far as the Yuan dynasty of China in the 13th century. The crisscrossing alleys can now offer a glimpse of another part of this ancient city that is quite different to the major attractions such as the Summer Palace or the Forbidden City. The tiny, twisted and interconnected lanes wind through whole areas of the city of Beijing. The lanes are lined with traditional stone ... ...courtyard, which are beautiful old fashioned buildings. They often involve carved pillars, window frames and doors and the open spaces of the courtyard lets in air and light to otherwise quite cramped areas-some of the lanes really are tiny with less than a metre of breadth. Most of the hutongs are still used as housing and are vibrant but everyday neighbourhoods and as you walk through them men whip by on bicycles balancing all their boxes, women ...

From forbidden to Public ----Forbidden City
Advantages: historical site Disadvantages: too big and too crowded
...than 11 years. I visited Forbidden City several times. Briefly I would like to say if you want to know Chinese history in the late 500 years, you must visit Forbidden City also know as Palace museum. It was an imperial palace for Ming and Qing dynasties (1368-1911). During the period there were 24 emperors and their families. Now it's a public museum. It is famous as one of world five palaces and one of World Heritages. There you can see Chinese ... ...your payment back. Forbidden City also has Mandarin and English tourist speakers at some important sites. Better to ask the time and you would not miss it if you want. Compared to Tower of London, it is bigger a lot. There is a very small tea room. So better to dress comfortably and take some water with you. Personally, I think 4 hours of visit is reasonable. Best time to visit is in May, Sep and Oct. Price: 60 RMB or 40 RMB (winter time) must see ...
