Express By Holiday Inn
Advantages: Near Queen's & City Center, comfortable, clean & free parking Disadvantages: None
I stayed here for 5D4N in early September 08. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was powerful and hot water was always available. The bed was comfortable and there were additional pillows available.
Buffet breakfast was really good, although it was the same food everyday. The hotel is within walking distance to Queen's University and Belfast City Center. There is a free carpark at the hotel for guests and I found this particularly useful.

Malmazing! Great stay.
Advantages: service, food, style, cocktails Disadvantages: view from room
From the moment you walk into Malmaison off the streets of Belfast you are transformed into another world. I thought the decor was fab, its deep purples and obscure furniture and objects in the lobby area. The reception is a seated one and their receptionists really went far and beyond to make my stay the best. They took an interest in my stay and was genuinly happy to chat anytime i passed on when i had to wait for my partner. Their is a bar and ... ...great cocktails, i had the black forest martini which was just like a dessert with cream and chocolate on top. The food in the brasserie was really good value, £15 for 3 courses and the menus food was all sourced locally. It was nice to read about all the suppliers on the menu. My room was a decent size, the bed was huge, i had a room that looked out onto a side street which could have been nicer but it was the inside that made up for it. The room ...

Premier Inn Belfast City Centre Waring Street
When on a shopping trip to Belfast my husband and I decided to stay in the Premier Inn, which is situated on Waring Street. This was because I am pregnant I wanted somewhere which was close walking distance to the shops so I would find it easy to get about. I have to admit that it was a perfect choice as it is only a few minutes away from Victoria Square and the main street, which has Castle Court shopping ... ...as some car parks in Belfast charge you £1 or £2 and hour. It was only a 5-minute walk away from the hotel as well so this was handy when carrying your luggage.
When arriving in the hotel the reception dealt with us very quickly and got us checked into our room very promptly. You have to check out at by 12.00 noon and you need to make sure you leave your room key at reception.
The reception is open 24 hours a day and will help you with any enquiries. ...

Ramada Belfast
Advantages: - Disadvantages: -
I stayed in the Ramada Hotel in Belfast and I must say that the experiance had its flaws and its charms. I normally stay in the Hilton or the Europa in Belfast if I ever decide to stay but because of the busy Valintines Day period I was unable to book a room in either of these hotels so I then decided to book a room with the Ramada. The price of this hotel was reasonable, at £79 a night, I think that this is a great price for a hotel of this standard ... ...had a lovely stay in the Ramada and I think that it was just as good as the Hilton, apart from there being no sky channels available. I recommend it to anyone who needs a relaxing break at a great affordable price. ***Also posted on dooyoo under lorrainek858*** ...
