Expedia had stated a Kingsize bed and it wasn't.
The "sumptuous and elaborate breakfast" quoted on their website certainly contains some poetic licence. On both mornings we ... ...asked the gentleman at the Ben Doran if there had been an error in the value ordered and his response was "that there was a £5 delivery and florists are very mean at this time of year" no receipt was produced just a £30 charge! The reason for including the above is perhaps a word of caution if you are considering doing anything similar, especially after subsequently reading a tripadvisor review about cancellation charges.

I love Malmaison's brasseries. The boutique hotel chain's eateries have a really fantastic buzz about them. I think the atmosphere that they have managed to achieve is mainly due to their amazing ability to hire incredibly nice people.
